Keyboard navigation including single-key reading
In order to use Swift Mail as an efficient daily driver, I need to be able to read mail without reaching for my mouse/trackpad. The most common way email clients have implemented this over the years is by mapping Spacebar globally to page-down (so you can hit this key even if keyboard focus is in the message list, rather than the message content pane), except when the current message is already scrolled to the bottom, in which case Spacebar selects the next message. While I'd love Swift Mail to support this "single-key reading" shortcut, at a minimum I feel it should support standard macOS keyboard navigation of the message viewer scroll pane. Right now if I use the Tab key to move through the keyboard focus points in the Swift Mail UI, there are tab stops for the folder list, the message list, an invisible stop that doesn't seem to do anything, and for the search box. I feel that invisible stop should be for the message list (so it's easy to Tab and shift-Tab between the message list and message viewer), enabling the message view to be scrolled with arrows and page-up/down keys. I also checked if this was any better with macOS's "Keyboard Navigation" option enabled, but while this made more controls accessible with the Tab key, such as the New Message button, this didn't help me read emails that require scrolling with the keyboard.
Theme
Please add a translucent, transparency theme. Or a theme management.
View > Sort By > Oldest Message on Top
Or, View > Sort By > Newest Message on Top (the current default & only behavior). Basically, this should be a user choice, a Sort By item added to the View menu, with two submenus - just like in Apple Mail. Not everyone always wants Newest Message on Top. Should be a user choice. Please upvote if you agree. Thanks. 🙏
Schedule/planning messages
It would be great to be able to schedule sending of new messages.
An icon in the macos menulet
Which, when a message is unread, changes contrast, as usual in the macos taskbar (the top one).
New features like avatars
Fastmail now has new features. Will Swift Mail adopt them, including avatars in front of sender addresses in the list of received messages?
Search for moving contacts
Please add a search for moving messages:

Support third party JMAP server: twake mail / Apache James + OIDC
https://twake-mail.com/ We use JMAP extensively. We use extensively OIDC: A lookup can be done to locate the OIDC server: GET "https://xxx/.well-known/webfinger?resource=https://xxx&rel=btellier@linagora.com Then a request allows getting the OIDC configuration: https://yyy/.well-known/oidc-configuration And finally the client can authenticate and is redirected to Twake mail. If development is planned onto this integration I am more than happy to promote your service to my MacOS users. Also available for giving a demo account and help on the integration
Add a setting to always display images
Support remote mailbox updates (i.e. changes to sidebar) without requiring client restart
Multiple Fastmail account support
Please add support for multiple Fastamail accounts.

Tooltips needed for Flag and Load Images buttons
These two buttons at the top-right of the message viewer are unclear, as they offer no text label or other way to discern what they do without clicking them.
Archive key mapping to Backspace
Ctrl Cmd A is cumbersome. I did remap it to the simpler Cmd A in OS settings. Still, Backspace key would be perfect (and would avoid accidental deletion risk). This is the main drawback of using Apple client - in my opinion, and I would happily buy your app if it allows that at a reasonable price.
Enhanced Wildcard Alias Support
Improved automatic reply address detection to support subdomain patterns (anything@user.domain.com) when replying to emails. Works alongside existing wildcard alias detection (*@domain.com) to automatically set the correct "From" address in the compose editor. Note: this is currently in beta testing; if you’d like to participate please drop me a line at beta@swiftmail.io.
